Elgara was the wife of Kiley whom adopted two baby girls the daughter of the deceased brother of Kiley Ember and Pearl the last descended of the kingdom of Rhagus.
When Ember was almost coming to age she rebelled and wanted the role of a warrior that she only could claim by defeating her would be groom Vitka in single combat. Elgara was in the opinion that Vitka was to rough fighting her daughter but knew it was the way of her people.
She was killed by one of the men of Manan when they assaulted her village.
